Welcome to the Central Baltic Young Entrepreneurs (CBYE) event in Espoo, November 12th to 14th 2025!

 

Welcome to the opening event of the CBYE – Central Baltic Young Entrepreneurs program in Espoo, Finland!

The CBYE project brings together young people from Finland, Estonia, and Latvia to develop their entrepreneurial skills in an international environment. The November event gathers around over a hundred participants for a program that includes teamwork, ideation, pitching and a Job Shadow experience.

Wednesday November 12th Leadership and team building

Job Shadow

During Job Shadow, you’ll get to explore interesting companies and meet inspiring people. Some of you will also get to tackle real-life ideation tasks from the business world – and present your solutions to companies!

Additional Information

  • Transfer from the harbor to Heymo Hotel is organized, and buses will leave the terminal approx. at 12.45.
  • Transfers require some walking (about 20-minute walks). The weather in Finland in November can be variable, so please come prepared with appropriate clothing, such as a weatherproof outdoor jacket and an umbrella.
